Fly91 Aircraft Leasing IFSC Private Limited (“the Company”) was incorporated on April 2, 2024 under the Companies Act, 2013. Its registered office is at Unit no 74, The Platform, Processing Area, GIFT SEZ, GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, 382355.
The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Just Udo Aviation Private Limited.
